A medium dry white wine, with a limited release of only 4,000 bottles of a carefully tuned blend. Made with the very first white grapes from our vineyard.
Tasting Note: Aromas of green apple, grapefruit, citrus peel and honeysuckle. Medium-dry on the palate, white fruits and delicious floral notes. Ideal serving temperature: 6ºC (about 43ºF)
Viticulture & Vinification: Growing season 2013 was marked by a cooler than usual start. Summer was fairly hot and dry which facilitated vineyard work. However, rain came at the worst possible time as we approached harvest. Thankfully we decided to harvest all our grapes before the deluge. Grapes handpicked during the cool hours of the early morning. After de-stemming, the grapes were gently pressed. Fermentation with temperature control for about 15 days. Matured on fine lees for several months. Filtered and bottled in May of 2015.

Vinho Regional Transmontano
Tasting Note: Brilliant, pale ruby red grapefruit. Fruit forward but mineral driven with lively strawberry, watermelon, and a subtle savory rosemary component. A dry rosé bursting with juicy, mouthwatering acidity. Medium body and well balanced with a satiny, round mouth feel. The finish delivers the flavors on the nose to the palate with harmony and finess.
Viticulture & Vinification: Grapes were handpicked during the cool hours of the early morning and immediately transported to the winery. After de-stemming, the juice was left in contact with its skins for approximately 4 hours before being gently pressed. Fermentation with temperature control for about 15 days. Matured on fine lees for three months before a light fining with bentonite. Filtered and bottled in February of 2015.

Vinho Regional Transmontano
Tasting Note: Intense aromas of red plum, black cherry, violet, tomato leaf, rosemary and a touch of freshly turned earth and mushroom. Dry, medium body with well integrated acidity. Mouth filling, ripe but fresh black fruit aroma lingers on the palate and evolves into lilac and savory herbal aroma on the finish. The weight, aroma and acidity make this a superb red wine for the table.
Viticulture & Vinification: Grapes were handpicked during the cool hours of the early morning and immediately transported to the winery in small boxes. After de-stemming, the grapes were gently crushed and gravity fed into stainless steel tanks. Fermentation with temperature control for about 15 days. Aged in 1-year-old French oak barrels for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered in May of 2015.

Viticulture & Vinification: The growing season was very dry in our region and as a result, grapes grew with very low disease pressure. The maturation period was cooler than usual, allowing for great balance between sugar and acidity.Grapes handpicked during the cool hours of the early morning. After de-stemming, the grapes were gently pressed. Fermentation with temperature control for about 15 days. Matured on fine lees for several months.
